My name is Howie Messer and I hope to bring you up to date information on the Mcdonalds job application hiring process so you can have the best chance to get hired.
I started out as a crew member when I was 17 working part-time in the summer, and I progressed fairly rapidly to assistant manager by the time I was 20. I’ll never forget the friends I made, the people I served, and the pretty good living I enjoyed at such a young age.
A solid career really is yours for the taking, but if you want to be successful, you have to work hard. There are forums everywhere which include posts about people complaining about the working conditions and the low pay at Mcdonalds and other fast food restaurants.
In my experience there are people who have aspirations and work their way up to success, people who are content to be with they are (that’s ok), and people who will complain about any and every job they have because they don’t set any goals and continue earning peanuts no matter where they are.
You really can make a great career out of working for Mcdonalds. I say go for it!
